Egg Fried Rice
Ingredients
cooked rice 3 cups
Butter or oil 2 tbs
garlic chopped 1 tbs
onion chopped 1 tbs
eggs 2
fish sauce 1 tbs
sugar 1 tbs or less
Directions
1. Heat butter or oil in a wok add garlic and onion. Stir until they turn light yellow.
2. Add rice and stir it up.
3. Beat the eggs in also add fish sauce and sugar. Stir until the rice covered with the egg and cooked.

ถ้าเรามีน้ำซุปที่เราชอบ ใส่ผัก ใส่เนื้อที่ชอบ แล้วก็ลวกเส้นให้สุก ปรุงตามใจชอบ แค่นี้ก็ได้ก๋วยเตี๋ยวง่าย ๆ และราคาถูกแล้วล่ะค่ะ

Ingredients
4-5 ripe peaches cut into small pieces
6 tbs of white sugar
1 cup of water
Directions
Mix sugar and water and heat it up until the sugar is completely dissolved. Let it cool down and put it in the freezer for an hour, then add the peaches and move the mix to the refrigerator. The peaches are ready to put on ice cream once fully chilled.
Green Curry
Green Curry Fish With Zucchini
For green curry. If you like it spicy you can always add more curry paste.
Ingredients
Coconut milk 3-4 cups
Green curry paste 2-3 tbs
Tilapia fish or Swai fish fillets 1 pound
Zucchini 1 pound
Thai basil 3-5 stems
Red pepper thin sliced 1/4 cup
Fish sauce 2 tbs
Directions
1. Heat coconut milk then add curry paste and stir it up.
2. When it bubbles add fish, zucchini, basil, red pepper and fish sauce and let it cook about 3-5 minutes or until it bubbles and then turn off the stove. Try not to stir it too often.
* When the curry cools down you can put it in individual containers so you'll have frozen green curry ready for you whenever you want it.

Ingredients
a pound of ground pork
1 medium eggplant
1 stalk of lemongrass
5 kaffir lime leaves
2 hot red peppers
1 tbs ground hot pepper
3 stalks of Thai basil
3 tbs oil
3 tbs fish sauce
1 tbs of chopped garlic
Directions
Heat the oil in a frying pan then add the garlic. Add the pork and stir lots while it cooks then add the eggplant and cook until the eggplant is soft. Add the remaining ingredients, mix well, and remove from the heat.

Ingredients
Pork thin sliced 2 pounds
Thin soy sauce 1/4 cup
Granulate sugar 3 tbs
Sweet soy sauce 2 tbs
Garlic chopped 3 tbs
Grounded pepper 1 tsp
Directions
1. Marinate everything together for at least 1 hour or over night.
2.Grill the pork or you can also put in an oven but I prefer grill until it cooked. It's very good with sticky rice.
Phad Kra Paw Kai
Phad Kra Paw Kai with Kai Dow( Stirfried Chicken Basil with fried eggs)
Ingredients
Canola oil 2 tbs
Chopped garlic 1 tbs
Hot pepper chopped 3 tbs
Chicken cut into small pieces 2 cups
Onion sliced 1/2 cup
Basil 1/4 cup
Soy sauce or Oyster sauce 2-3 tbs
Directions
1. Heat up the oil in a wok, put garlic and stir only until it turns light yellow.
2. Stir in chicken and make sure it cooked.
3. Add all the rest of ingredients and turn off the heat.
"Eat with jasmine rice and fried eggs are the best!"
