Chicken Bamboo In Red Curry


Chicken Bamboo in Red Curry

Ingredients

Sliced chicken 1 pound
Bamboo shoots 1 can (drained of water)
Red curry paste 3 tbs
Red pepper and kaffir lime sliced for decoration (no need if you don't have)
Fish sauce 1-2 tbs
Oil 3 tbs

Directions
1. Heat oil in a wok and add red curry on medium heat, stir until you can smell the herbs from the curry or when the oil turns red.
2. Add chicken and stir until it is cooked.
3. Add bamboo shoots and stir about 2-3 minutes.
4. Add fish sauce and the decoration. It's very good with white rice.
